Volunteer Opportunities

We always need help with projects - both ongoing and one-time events.  Please contact the library if you are interested in volunteering.  

The Friends of the Barneveld Library generally meet on the second Tuesday of the month at 3:00 pm.  All meetings are held virtually until further notice.  Contact Shari at 608-924-3711 for the meeting link. The next meeting date is May 27, 2025 @ 5:00 PM. The Friends of the Barneveld Library is a 501(c)3 non-profit on a mission to support the Library and assist in expanding their services.  Friends volunteer their time to organize fundraisers, help during events, and assist in various ways to help the library function to its fullest potential.  Contact the Library for more information.

The Library Board of Trustees generally meets on the fourth Thursday of the month.  The next meeting is on April 24, 2025 @ 6:00 p.m.  This meeting will be conducted via Zoom and at the Library.   Please contact Sharilyn Sailing at ssailing@swls.org  if you wish to attend.
