Strong Bodies is a community weight training class that uses hand and ankle weights to improve strength, balance, and coordination. The class is especially beneficial for older adults. Stop in during any class to observe the exercises and see if they fit your needs.

Join Miss Lynn for stories and activities for preschoolers ages three through five. Younger children are welcome, but activities may be challenging for them.
Weather Cancellation: Storytime will be canceled if Mount Horeb, Barneveld, or Dodgeville schools are running late or closed for weather-related unsafe travel conditions.

This workshop for women consists of three 2.5 hour sessions that meet every other week for 3 weeks. It provides information and group activities along with simple exercises and dietary changes to practice at home to improve bowel and bladder function as women age.

Do you have an exotic pet that you are no longer able to care for? If so, don't release it into the wild! Instead, you can bring your pet to the Exotic Pet Surrender Event on March 14th between 12 PM and 3 PM at the Barneveld Public Library. Area organizations will be accepting fish, invertebrates, reptiles, pet birds, small mammals, and plants --no questions asked. Domestic pets, such as dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, pigs, and chickens are not accepted. Owners of domestic animals should inquire with local pet shelters or rescues for options on rehoming their pets.
